Join Dan and Steve as they begin a series on sacred cow theologies and doctrines in the church. What are they and how do we recognize them? Is “seek the Giver, not the gifts.” really written anywhere in the Bible? Do we really have the freedom to ignore the Old Testament because “we’re not under the law but under grace?” Or is everything written in the Old Testament to be heeded with no ifs ands or buts? Was Paul’s thorn in the flesh really a disease and if so/not, what does it matter? Grab your Bible and a pitchfork and get ready to slaughter a couple of cows with us. MOO.
Join Dan and Steve as they tackle the issue of alcohol in the Christian walk, and Jesus the friend of sinners–including the alcoholics and boozers. Does it matter? If so, then why? Is it cultural?
